Thank you for joining the 5th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region, jointly organised by the Slovak Republic (current Presidency of the EUSDR) and the European Commission (Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy - DG REGIO and Directorate General of the Joint Research Center - DG JRC).
Under the title “Innovative Flows - Water, Knowledge and Innovation in the Danube Region“, the Forum will put a strong emphasis on the challenges and perspectives of water management and research and innovation. The key question to answer will be how to best transform political commitment into operational policies and measures.
All the venues of the event are accessible only for registered individuals wearing a valid badge. The badge will be waiting for you at the registration desk after you complete electronic registration and receive a confirmation e-mail. Please be aware that once the maximum number of participants will be reached, registration will close.
The participation in the Annual Forum is possible only upon receipt of the confirmation of your registration. Please note that this process may take some time. In order to register, you will be asked to provide personal information. This information will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Slovak Republic. Badges will only be issued after presenting a valid identity document.

To make the most of your attendance we offer participants the chance to arrange bilateral business meetings with other stakeholders throughout the event. In this respect we have added the following 3 networking sessions:
To indicate your availability for one these networking sessions you have to login and select the networking sessions via the Tab: "Plan your Attendance". By doing so you can send and receive business meeting requests from October 27th onwards.
15 tables with 2 chairs and of capacity 1-15 will be available to you in the networking area of the Slovak National Theatre, located on the 4th floor.
